Rotaract Club of Ngee Ann Polytechnic
The Rotaract Club of Ngee Ann Polytechnic was chartered in the year 1993. We are an institution-based service club dedicated towards community service, international understanding and personal development. Rotaract is a programme of Rotary International; catered for adults aged 18 to 30 who wish to make a difference in their community and beyond. Like any other Rotaract Clubs, we work under the guidance of our sponsoring Rotary Club which; in this case is the Rotary Club of Raffles City.
‘Service Above Self’ and ‘Fellowship Through Service’ are two guiding principles of Rotaract. We believe in serving others unselfishly and fostering friendship while we are at it. Hence, the NP Rotaract Club has installed four types of activities for her members - Community Service, Club Service, International Service and Professional Development.
Rotaractors can expect a variety of activities ranging from fellowship camps, barbeques, cycling, inspirational talks, workshops, business or cultural visits, serving the elderly, working with NGOs, student exchange programmes and the list goes on – only limited by one’s imagination!
